Information for Parents
Parent’s evenings will be held for you to discuss your child’s progress with the staff. On these occasions we believe it is vital to remember how young these children are and that each child develops at their own individual pace.
The children will take part in various festivals throughout the year including Diwali, St. George’s Day, Easter and Chinese New Year.
We are a vibrant nursery and like to take part in many charity events, such as Children in Need and Comic Relief. We are looking to promote our community spirit by organising a Family Fun Day each year.
All morning parking for nursery parents must be outside the school gates between the hours of 8.30am and 9am (when the caretaker is at the gate). Outside these times you may park in the school car park, but strictly not in the spaces directly outside the nursery as these are reserved for teachers. If you are unsure of where you can park, please ask nursery staff.
All evening parking (after 3.30pm) is available within the school grounds. Please take care when driving within the car park due to school children crossing.
Please collect your children on time at the end of the day (or at 1pm for sessional children), as nursery staff may have appointments or transport arrangements.
We also need to maintain staff to child ratios at all times. There will be a late charge for parents who collect their child after 6pm. For more information please view our collection policy.
